We ship within the United States. We do not ship mattresses to Hawaii or Alaska.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Mattresses are made to order and will ship after completion. You can expect your Galaxy Midnight Mattress to arrive within 2-3 weeks.

We accept mattress returns & exchanges within 3 months from the date of delivery. For more details please visit our returns page.

We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of the date of delivery on all non-mattress items. For more details please visit our returns page.

Refunds will be processed after we have received your returned item. Returns refunded in Galaxy Home store credit are free. A $9.99 return shipping fee is deducted from orders refunded to your original payment method.

You can return your mattress for a full refund minus a $99 return shipping charge. The $99 charge is waived if refund is accepted in store credit.

You can exchange your mattress within 3 months of delivery. You can exchange your mattress for another mattress or store credit (with no return fee).
