HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Your mattress is backed by Galaxy's 10-Year Limited Warranty, covering any manufacturing defects that could affect performance. Email support@galaxyhome.com to submit a warranty claim.

It's built to last, but if something goes wrong, you're covered.

The limited warranty covers these extremely rare scenarios:

  1. Manufacturing defects resulting in broken coils or excessive sagging.
  2. Any physical flaw in the craftsmanship of the mattress that causes permanent damage to the foam despite proper setup and normal use.
  3. Fabric defects in the mattress cover.

The most common complaints arise from improper use and maintenance. Before submitted a claim, check your:

  1. Foundation: Sagging can occur when the bed frame or foundation isn't properly supporting the mattress.
  2. Regular Rotation: It's normal for the mattress to break in with daily use over time. We recommend rotating your mattress every six months to ensure the mattress breaks in appropriately on both sides.

If used properly, there should be no issues with your mattress.
