RETURN POLICY
We accept mattress returns and exchanges within 3 months from the date of delivery:
FREE EXCHANGES: Exchange your mattress for another mattress or redeem your refund in store credit (full refund, no fees).
FREE RETURNS: Return your mattress for a full refund to your original payment method. There are no fees or return shipping costs.
Our team of professionals will schedule an appointment to remove your returned mattress. Returned mattresses are never resold.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery (on all non -mattress items):
FREE EXCHANGES: Exchange your item(s) for another size, color, style or store credit (full refund, no fees). You will receive a prepaid shipping label for your returned item(s). Exchanges for a more expensive option will be charged the difference between the original item and the exchanged item.
FREE RETURNS: Return your item(s) for a full refund to your original payment method. There are no fees or return shipping costs.
