RETURN POLICY
We accept mattress returns and exchanges within 3 months from the date of delivery:
EXCHANGES: Exchange your mattress for another mattress or redeem your refund in store credit (full refund, no fees).
RETURNS: Return your mattress for a refund to your original payment method, minus a $99 return shipping charge. The $99 charge is waived if refund is accepted in store credit.
Our team of professionals will schedule an appointment to remove your returned mattress. Returned mattresses are never resold.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery (on all non -mattress items):
EXCHANGES: Exchange your item(s) for another size, color, style or store credit (full refund, no fees). You will receive a prepaid shipping label for your returned item(s). Exchanges for a more expensive option will be charged the difference between the original item and the exchanged item.
RETURNS: Return your item(s) for a refund to your original payment method, minus a $9.99 return shipping charge. The $9.99 charge is waived if refund is accepted in store credit. You will receive a prepaid shipping label for your returned item(s).
